RoopRangs understands that customers may sometimes need to cancel an order.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting us as soon as possible at:

Cancellation Before Dispatch
If your cancellation request is received before the order has been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order.
If payment has already been received, an eligible refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
In such cases, the customer may need to follow the applicable Return Policy after receiving the product.
Product Availability
If RoopRangs is unable to fulfil an order because the selected product is unavailable, we may cancel the affected order or product and provide an applicable refund.
